This material exhibits exceptional physical properties, featuring a compressibility rate of 42% and a recovery rate of 15%, which ensures tight sealing and long-lasting performance. The Polymax GP550 maintains a specific leak rate of only 0.05 mg/(s·m) and demonstrates significant compression and creep relaxation properties, ensuring reliability and stability under high stress and temperature variations. Capable of operating in extreme environments, this product can function at temperatures as low as -200°C (-328°F) and as high as 550°C (1022°F) in oxidizing atmospheres, and up to 700°C (1292°F) in reducing or inert atmospheres. With a maximum pressure capacity of 100 bar (1450 psi), it is highly regarded in demanding conditions.
