FKM (fluoroelastomer) compounds offer outstanding resistance to high temperatures, chemicals, and oils, with excellent performance in hydrocarbon-based fuels, lubricants, and many organic solvents. FKM exhibits very low gas permeability and exceptional resistance to aging, oxidation, and ozone. Its mechanical strength remains stable under severe thermal and chemical conditions, offering excellent compression set and long-term sealing reliability.

Particularly suited for applications involving aggressive fluids, such as automotive fuel systems, aerospace components, and chemical processing equipment, FKM maintains elasticity and sealing integrity where other elastomers would fail. This results in a highly fluorinated elastomeric compound with superior chemical resistance, outstanding heat stability, and excellent retention of physical properties across a wide temperature range.
