FEP encapsulated FKM camlock gaskets are engineered for demanding sealing applications where excellent chemical resistance and long-term durability are required. Manufactured with a resilient FKM (Viton®) core and a seamless FEP fluoropolymer encapsulation, they provide dependable sealing performance in standard cam and groove hose couplings.

The FEP outer layer protects the gasket from attack by a wide range of aggressive chemicals, solvents and process fluids, while the FKM core provides excellent compression recovery and superior resistance to oils, fuels and hydrocarbons. Together, these materials offer a robust sealing solution that helps eliminate leakage caused by elastomer degradation or the cold flow associated with solid PTFE seals.

FEP encapsulated FKM camlock gaskets are well suited to chemical processing, petroleum handling and other industrial environments where compatibility with aggressive media is critical while maintaining reliable sealing performance over extended service life.
